The shift to remote work has brought a lot of positives- the comfy slippers, the shorter no commute, the ability to juggle life and work in a new way. Let’s be honest, My home office isn’t always the ergonomic haven I dreamed of, and the lines between “work life” and “home life” were bluring fast. Poorly focus on zoom call.
The aching back & neck was a big one down to my poor posture. Headaches from eye strain staring at the screen extended periods.
